Nate's athletic training programs are designed to develop, enhance, and shape athletic performance to the athlete's highest potential. His sport-specific workouts will improve agility, speed, strength, and quickness. His programs have been shown to help the athlete develop a stronger work ethic, define character, and build confidence. Workouts are creative and dynamic and continually challenge the athlete to excel in multiple levels of athleticism.
Nate uses a variety of methods to impact and change the body and they modify the workouts frequently to give his clients a fresh new approach to health and fitness. He approaches all aspects of fitness including resistance training, nutrition, and cardiovascular training. Nate's programs promote a healthy lifestyle that will not only help his clients reach their goals but also assist in forming great habits that create a lifetime of health and wellness.
Camp times and days are designed based on your needs and wants, so contact us for further details or to set up the program that's best for you. Sessions are 1 hour each, 1 to 10 trainer to athlete ratio.

Our trainers have the knowledge, skills, and tools to help you reach your fitness goals. Fit Physique personal trainers are certified through a nationally recognized fitness association and/or hold a degree in Sports and Exercise Science. We have experienced on-site trainers who can assess your fitness level, provide nutritional advice, and set up a program tailored to your needs. We offer half-hour and hour sessions either one-on-one or with a small group.
Our trainers cover a wide range from the beginner to the highly advanced fitness enthusiast. We also specialize in sport-specific training, senior fitness, and youth training.
Pricing for Level 1 Trainer:

Improve your child's strength, endurance, agility, quickness, flexibility, and further your child's athleticism and health by enrolling them in our youth exercise program! Classes are ongoing, and school year and summertime sessions are available.

AAI is happy to offer Kid Sit for our customers. Come and work out in our fitness center while we watch your kids. Parents must remain on premises. Kid sit includes infants and children up to 10 years of age.

This 15-station course is designed to test your strength, endurance and willpower. The stations include a rope pit swing, monkey bars, tire flip, kettle bell throw, rope ladder, log flip, medicine ball toss, bungee hurdles, barrel roll, tire drag, pole climb, rope walk, rope climb, log over/under, and board wall climb. Our sessions run from April through October.
Xtreme Obstacle Training (XOT) For Ages 16 Years And Older
If you have ever thought about doing Spartan, Tough Mudders, Gladiator, or any other obstacle race, here is your chance! Work on improving your skills and getting in tip top shape! Join us and learn from some of the best in the Midwest. Both indoor and outdoor classes are available. Indoor classes typically run from November through March.

Xtreme Outdoor Birthday Party
Make your birthday party "Xtreme!" Birthday parties at our complex are 1 1/2 hours of fun and competition with one hour of "Xtreme" time and 1/2 hour of party and treat time. Ages 7 years and older.
$100 for 10 children or less ($5 for each additional child)
Open Course Time
Come join the fun weekly to work out on the Xtreme Course, play basketball or sand volleyball.
