Class Descriptions

Shine Dance Fitness

Dance fitness with choreography based in jazz, ballet, and hip hop, set to top-40 music. Full body cardio with toning.

Shine Light

Shine + Uplift

SHiNE LIGHT uses all the same routines you find in SHiNE, but with low-impact and simplified choreography.

Strength training set to iconic music, using a combination of weights, bands, balance, and mat work.

Low Impact Cardio Dance

This full body, low-impact workout uses simplified choreography to get your heart rate up while having a great time.

Yoga

Gain strength and flexibility while fostering mind-body connections and body awareness.

Barre

Barre blends the timeless techniques of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training designed for functional movement and powerful results.

5:00 pm to 6:00 pm - Uplift Strength Fitness

8:45 am to 9:45 am - Yoga

6:30 pm to 7:30 pm - Shine Dance Fitness

Thursday

8:30 am to 9:00 am - Low Impact Cardio

9:00 am to 9:45 am - Uplift Strength Fitness

6:30 pm to 7:30 pm - Shine + Uplift

Friday

8:45 am to 9:45 am - Yoga

10:00 am to 10:45 am - Shine Light

Saturday

9:30 am to 10:30 am - Class format changes weekly
