Shine Dance Fitness
Dance fitness with choreography based in jazz, ballet, and hip hop, set to top-40 music. Full body cardio with toning.
Shine Light
Shine + Uplift
SHiNE LIGHT uses all the same routines you find in SHiNE, but with low-impact and simplified choreography.
Strength training set to iconic music, using a combination of weights, bands, balance, and mat work.
Low Impact Cardio Dance
This full body, low-impact workout uses simplified choreography to get your heart rate up while having a great time.
Yoga
Gain strength and flexibility while fostering mind-body connections and body awareness.
Barre
Barre blends the timeless techniques of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training designed for functional movement and powerful results.
