Our trainers have the knowledge, skills, and tools to help you reach
your fitness goals. We have
five
on
site trainers who can assess your fitness level, provide nutritional
advice, and set up a program tailored to your needs.
We offer ½ hour and hour sessions either one-on-one or with a
small group. Our
trainers cover a wide range from the beginner to the highly advanced
fitness enthusiast. We also specialize in
sport specific training,
senior fitness, and youth training.
Pricing
per Hour/and half Hour $75.00 - 3 people/hour $25.00 - 1 person/half hour $35.00 - 2 person/half hour
